How to Book

You can book online for all of our summer accommodation across 14 UK cities.

Once you have chosen your accommodation follow these simple steps to complete a booking.

1. Click the 'Book Now' to the top right of the site to be taken to our online booking system.

2. You then need to select the desired dates of your stay using the date selection calendars. Click the first day you wish to stay and then last. This will then update the 'Check In' and 'Check Out' information below.

3. Once you have selected your dates be sure to check that the hall you have chosen to stay in is correct, then click next.

4. On the selection page you are required to choose the room type you wish. The selection page will show you a list of all the room types available for the dates you have chosen to stay. The list will be ordered showing the cheapest option first.

5. You will be given the best price available for each room type and by clicking the 'Price Breakdown' button you will be shown the nightly price and any price deals that have been applied.

6. Once you have decided on your room type click the 'Select' button and then press next to move onto the next page.

7. If any extras are available at the hall on your chosen dates you will be taken to the extras page. If no extras are available then this step will be skipped in the booking process.

8. You will now find yourself at the 'Payment' page and will have a booking summary. Please check that all your details are correct and continue with registration and payment. If any details are wrong, you can use the previous button at the bottom of the page to return and make any required changes.

9. The next step will be 'User Registration', please fill out your contact details. These details will be used to send your confirmation of booking and any changes prior to your arrival.

10. Finally fill out your payment details. Once you are happy with the above move to the bottom of the page and click 'Confirm Booking'

After completing your booking you will recieve an email confirmation sent to the email address you supplied in registration. Within the email will be a 'Reference Number' which you need to keep safe as this may be asked for on arrival. If you have any further questions about your booking or wish to make any changes, your confirmation email will include the direct telephone number for your chosen hall.
